To change that, they were looking to do their first online campaign with several major goals:
- Raise awareness of the organization regionally
- Raise funds to support their ongoing efforts and underwrite production costs
- Sell event tickets
- Sell albums and other merchandise
SocialRaise listened and created a custom solution package for driving immediate and future results, comprised of:
- Digital fundraising strategy and tactics leveraging content and social media;
- Full CRM implementation enabling e-commerce, ticket purchasing, fundraising campaign management; and,
- Training of their internal team to make the campaign process repeatable in the future.
Chicago Chamber Choir's first campaign was such a rousing success (approx. $5k in the first month alone), they were able to produce a new album.
