2. Customer Submitted Content
All content submitted to SocialRaise or the solution by the customer will not be reused unless written permission provided by the customer. All customer submitted content is not the responsibility or ownership of SocialRaise, and the customer is held responsible for all content that is submitted to SocialRaise or the solution. All content submitted from the customer must have proper permission and authority, and releases SocialRaise from any responsibility of the submitted material. All content created by the Customer and all submitted content, including but not limited to videos, images, media, articles, remains the property of the Customer.
4. Created Content for the Customer
All newly created or supplied content for the customer remains the property of Customer.
5. Termination At-Will
SocialRaise or the Customer has the right to cancel services for any reason. Upon termination, the Customer will be billed through the current billing cycle. In the case that this shall happen, the Customer is not obligated to pay throughout the rest of the billing cycle.
SocialRaise makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the solution, services, the information contained in the solution, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over the system.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
SocialRaise shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any perceived loss, actual loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to any product or service from SocialRaise. In particular, neither SocialRaise nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.
